Our Recipe
Our recipe has been the foundation of our flavorful springrolls for over 30 years. It was created by the Nguyen family in 1987, just before Loi Nguyen opened his first spring roll stand in Breda. Since then, the family business has grown, but the hallmark of our springrolls, the authentic recipe, has always remained intact.

What do our spring rolls consist of? We naturally keep the details of our beloved spring roll recipe within the family, but our spring rolls are rolled using ‘Spring Home sheets.’ These sheets are generously filled with chicken (halal), diced onions, julienne carrots, bean sprouts, and vermicelli. A guarantee for a maximum taste experience.
